Planned capacity of a single power plant from 1-5 MWp. Provide start-up support and all preparatory work, at the design stage, handling all necessary permits, construction management support, as well as on-site management of the entire operation, business development. Provision of a start-up team at the project site, very good local relations. At the signing of the contract, the possibility of negotiating a multi-year power off-take agreement or other guarantees.

Ensuring security of all operations and built power plants. Scale of investment from about $25 million to $75 million or more

80% share in the newly established company for the investor.
