Construction of a hotel and conference center on an area of more than 2 hectares. Location of the facility on the territory of a large industrial center and a place perfectly connected with a large agglomeration and the airport. The built facility can be used as a center for new technologies which will give the possibility to support the development of the center with subsidies from the EU and will allow support from local authorities. There is also the possibility of developing the center for a corporation or international organization.

In the case of use as a corporate center, large industrial areas for development available nearby with the possibility of building a large manufacturing plant. 

If used as a hotel and conference center, revenue would come from renting hotel rooms, suites and conference rooms.

Architectural concept of the project developed and arrangements made with local authorities. Possible optional changes to the built facility and its purpose.
