New Hotel & Commercial Center

The aim of the investment is to develop an exclusive hotel with a modern commercial wing targeting medium high-income bracket earners and suitable for luxury and high-end clientele.

The project is a mixed-use development that includes the construction of approximately 60 hotel rooms, four seminar rooms for 40 people each, a conference room for 200 people, a swimming pool, a restaurant, a retail area of approximately 12,000 square metres, a hotel area of approximately 4,500 square metres, an underground car park of more than 4,000 square metres with approximately 150 parking spaces and approximately 80 parking spaces for services.

The project has been granted all statutory approvals by County Government.
