We are looking for a company with experience in manufacturing lasers, components for lasers of multiple applications. We are looking for a company with already implemented, preferably in-house know how, ideally sourcing components from a limited number of contractors and with as short a supply chain as possible.

Preference will be given to a company with experienced personnel and preferably also the support of research units.

Our client is also interested in new technological solutions in the field of laser technology, as well as technical solutions based on laser technology and even new projects not yet implemented.

 

Purchase of 51-100% of shares, purchase of technology or purchase of a specialized division of the company.
