Extraction from offshore and onshore deposits.

Possibility of locating a refinery near the production site.

Capital engagement of more than $150 million to date.

 

A professional industry investor or an industry investor with the support of an equity investor is sought who has the financial capacity and ability to implement the project in terms of organisation, human capital, experience and knowledge.

 

Majority stake will be offered to the investor.

 

Needed financial commitment evaluated at a minimum of $1 billion.
